Yesterday, I went to Sharp Park Beach and picked up 11.5lbs of trash. This included about 1.5 lbs or 35 pieces of blobs of tar. They range in size from a quarter to a small pancake. They are not sticky, but still very pliable and very aromatic. Has anyone else seen these? There are still a lot more there, mostly in the rack line.
